Class times are located on the bookings page. Each class time is chosen by you. As class space is limited, there is a 24hr cancellation policy to give other members the chance to take your slot if you cannot make your class. Please arrive 5mins before class time as starting times are never delayed.
To ensure results, commitment must come from both ends. We will do everything we can to facilitate your needs. All we ask is that you give 100% at each session. Unfortunately, physical change cannot be done with 1 session. We advise to book in for the month, 2 classes each week for four weeks to ensure results.
