Exercise of the Week

Lateral lunge is a great lower body exercise. A variation of the lunge, will develop muscles in your lower body but also improve mobility in your hips. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms in front. Lunge your left leg out laterally and squat down, with your feet flat on the floor. Push back to starting position. Then lunge out the other side (in this case the right side) and squat down.
