I’m hitting the ball 20 yards further with my irons compared to last summer. I felt less tired on the back 9 of the second round of my first 36 hole scratch cup this season. I hit 17 greens in regulation(for the first time ever) in my last round due to the extra length I have gained as I’m approaching the green with shorter irons.
Mobility/movement exercise targeting your hips. Start in a press-up position. Bring your right foot to the outside of your right hand. Maintain balance and stability. Repeat on the opposite side for reps or time. Great drill for warm-up or daily movement.
