Ladies Only Golf Fitness Classes
This class is designed specifically for female golfers. The focus is to develop strength, improve mobility, and have more energy on and off the course. Workouts include: Mobility work, Overall Strength Training with a focus on the upper body for the lady golfer, Speed Training and Core Work
Golf Fitness LEVEL 1
This mixed class is designed to start your golf fitness journey. If you have never stepped foot inside a gym and would like to learn the basics. This class is for you! Workouts include: Mobility work, Overall Strength Training with a focus on fundamental movements and moving correctly, Speed Training and Core Work
Golf Fitness LEVEL 2
This mixed class is the next step up from level 1. In order to attend, I would recommend training for 2x months at level 1 or let me know directly if you have experience in a gym environment. Workouts include: Mobility work, Overall Strength Training with a focus on power for golf, Speed Training, Core Work
SWEAT CLASS
For any level. This mixed class is designed to build muscle, shed body fat and improve energy levels. Workouts include: Strength Training, Cardio, Mobility.
